Uganda education pilot
我們與烏干達當地 NGO、學校及家庭合作，從家訪核實開始，持續追蹤就學與援助紀錄，讓每一份支持都能被看見。
We work with local NGOs, schools and families in Uganda—starting with verified home visits and continuing through education and support records that can be seen and checked.

我們面對的問題
The challenge
許多孩子因家庭無法負擔學費、制服、文具、食物或交通費，被迫不規律上課，甚至離開學校工作或照顧弟妹。
Many children attend irregularly or leave school because their families cannot afford fees, uniforms, learning materials, food or transport. Some must work or care for younger siblings.
我們的目標不是只完成一次捐款，而是協助家庭降低經濟壓力，讓孩子真正進入學校並持續留下來。
Our goal is not a one-time donation. It is to reduce pressure on families so children can enter school and keep learning.
從家訪到公開證明
From home visit to public evidence
當地 NGO 實地了解家庭、監護人、就學困難與孩子需求。
The local NGO visits the household and records education needs and barriers.
核對家訪、照片、GPS與學校資料，避免重複或錯誤登記。
Visit, photo, GPS and school information are reviewed for accuracy and duplication.
審核通過後，由中央登錄表從1001開始建立永久編號。
After approval, a permanent numeric ID is assigned centrally, starting from 1001.
記錄上課狀況；持續或不明缺席時，由學校與 NGO 主動了解原因。
Attendance is recorded, and sustained or unexplained absence triggers follow-up.
每月整理援助、收據、發放照片及進度，形成可核對的紀錄。
Monthly support, receipts, distribution evidence and progress are recorded for review.
教育保護原則
Education protection principle
每月家庭支持的目的，是降低父母讓孩子停學、工作或留家照顧他人的經濟壓力。孩子因生病或合理原因缺席，不會因此失去援助；需要處理的是持續或不明原因的缺席。
Monthly family support reduces the economic pressure that can push a child out of school or into work. A legitimate absence, such as illness, does not remove support. Sustained or unexplained absence calls for care and follow-up.
真實紀錄已上線Live records are online
目前公開2026年9月14日至23日共八個上課日，呈現應出席、實際出席、缺席Child ID及低解析度照片佐證；孩童姓名與其他敏感資料不公開。Eight school days from 14 to 23 September 2026 are now public, showing expected and actual attendance, absent Child IDs and low-resolution photo evidence. Names and other sensitive information remain private.

試行目標是讓每位核准孩子的家庭實際獲得每月20美元的教育保護支持。學校支持、NGO執行與平台成本將分項記錄，並在正式募款開始前公布完整計算方式。
The pilot aims for each approved child’s family to receive US$20 per month in education-protection support. School support, NGO delivery and platform costs will be recorded separately, with the full calculation published before fundraising begins.

不會。疾病或其他合理缺席不應受到懲罰。出席紀錄用於了解孩子是否安全、是否持續就學，以及是否需要家庭協助。
No. Illness and other legitimate absences should not be punished. Attendance records help us understand whether a child is safe, staying in school and needs additional family support.
NGO家訪資料會經過照片、GPS、家庭與學校資訊核對；核准後才由中央登錄表建立不重複、不回收的永久孩童編號。
Home-visit data are checked against photos, GPS, household and school information. Only then is a permanent, non-reused child ID assigned centrally.
透明的目的，是證明援助確實執行，而不是暴露孩子。精確位置、完整姓名、電話及健康資料只供授權人員核實使用。
Transparency proves that support is delivered; it should never expose a child. Exact location, full name, phone and health data remain restricted to authorised verification.
